Diino, Sweden’s leading backup and storage service is now available as an Android app. The app makes it possible for the user to safely and easily store and share their files direct from their Android phone or tablet.

The Android app enables everyone with a Diino account to access their stored files directly from their Android device. The user can download and share photos, movies and other files even to recipients who are not Diino users. The app works with all Android units with version 2.0 and later.

“This means that for our customers the Android app increases the security in their daily life while being a natural extension of our existing service. They can use the service at any time, whether they have access to a computer or not, even offline. This service has been widely requested and we are convinced it will be appreciated by our users”, says Jan Nilsson, CEO at Diino.

The Android app can be downloaded at no charge from Android Market. If the customer has an existing Diino account s/he can log in with their usual user ID and password. If they don’t have a Diino account, they can easily create a trial account within the application and then begin to upload and share files.

A subscription for a private account with Diino is 49 USD/year which gives access to unlimited backup and 100 GB file storage. There is a business account with 500 GB file storage and backup for 249 USD/year.
